Her career is marked by numerous honors, including Top Women in Benefits Advising, Excellence in Benefits, and Broker of the Year. She also created the Certified Health Value Advisor Certification, credentialed by the Validation Institute, which equips consultants to transition from generalist to specialist in value-based advising.
A sought-after speaker and published contributor on healthcare inequity and reform, Emma has presented on global stages and been featured across industry and national media. Today, she is regarded as one of the most in-demand advisors in the field, working selectively with only five clients at a time to ensure each receives unmatched focus and guidance. Beyond her professional work, she donates her expertise to nonprofits serving underserved Americans and enjoys life as a mom to two children and two fur-children.
